Terms of Use

Welcome to Finding Adam Finding Eve! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications, online coaching services, assessment tools, and community features (collectively, the "Services") provided by FINDING LLC, an S-Corporation doing business as Finding Adam Finding Eve ("FAFE," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided

FAFE provides faith-based dating and relationship coaching services, including but not limited to counseling, educational content, assessments, quizzes, and community support designed to help individuals navigate relationships in accordance with Christian values and principles. Our Services include:

  • Dating and Relationship Coaching Service: Personalized coaching, group sessions, and educational resources focused on relationship development, personal growth, and faith-based guidance.

  • Web Applications: Interactive tools and assessments accessible through the following platforms:

These Services are provided for personal development and educational purposes and do not constitute professional mental health therapy, clinical counseling, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you:

  • Meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;

  • Are seeking to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes;

  • Understand that our Services are rooted in Christian faith and biblical principles;

  • Acknowledge that our coaching and counseling services are faith-based and may not be suitable for individuals who do not share these religious beliefs.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your Account

To access certain features of the Services, including our coaching programs and web applications, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;

  • Keep your account information updated;

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;

  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@findingadamfindingeve.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or experience any harassment or misconduct through the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services, including introducing viruses, malicious code, or engaging in spamming or phishing attempts;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, including other users' accounts, assessment results, or private communications;

  • Use the Services to harass, abuse, stalk, or harm others, or to solicit or promote commercial activities unrelated to the Services;

  • Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity, or provide false information;

  • Copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from any of our web applications;

  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services without our prior written consent;

  • Misuse assessment results or quiz outcomes for purposes other than personal development and growth.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate your access to the Services for violations of these Terms or for any reported harassment or misconduct, at our sole discretion.

5. Web Applications - Specific Terms

5.1 General Provisions for All Applications

Our web applications provide assessment tools, quizzes, and interactive features designed to support your personal and relational development. By using these applications, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results and assessments are for informational and educational purposes only;

  • No assessment, quiz, or tool can guarantee relationship success or predict future outcomes;

  • Results should be considered as one factor among many in your personal development journey;

  • You are responsible for how you interpret and apply assessment results;

  • We recommend discussing significant decisions with qualified professionals, including licensed counselors, therapists, or clergy.

5.2 Post Date Assessment App

The Post Date Assessment App allows you to reflect on and evaluate dating experiences. You acknowledge that:

  • Assessments are subjective and based on your personal input;

  • Results are intended for self-reflection and personal growth;

  • The app does not provide professional therapeutic analysis;

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

5.3 Know Yourself Quiz App

The Know Yourself Quiz App provides personality and values assessments. You acknowledge that:

  • Quiz results are general in nature and may not fully capture individual complexity;

  • Results are educational tools, not psychological evaluations;

  • The app is not a substitute for professional psychological assessment or therapy;

  • You should not rely solely on quiz results for important life decisions.

5.4 Ready for Love App

The Ready for Love App assesses your readiness for committed relationships. You acknowledge that:

  • Readiness assessments are based on general principles and your self-reported information;

  • Results do not guarantee relationship success or compatibility with any specific person;

  • The app provides guidance, not definitive determinations of your relationship readiness;

  • External factors beyond the scope of the assessment may affect your actual readiness.

5.5 Relationship Alignment Assessment App

The Relationship Alignment Assessment App evaluates compatibility factors. You acknowledge that:

  • Compatibility assessments are limited to the factors evaluated in the tool;

  • Results do not predict the success or failure of any specific relationship;

  • Many factors contribute to relationship compatibility beyond what can be measured by any assessment tool;

  • The tool is designed to facilitate discussion and reflection, not to make relationship decisions for you.

5.6 Data Collection and Use

Each web application may collect information you provide during assessments and quizzes. This information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Assessment results may be:

  • Saved to your account for future reference;

  • Used in aggregate (anonymized) form to improve our Services;

  • Shared with your coach (if you are enrolled in coaching services), unless you opt out;

  • Retained according to our data retention policies outlined in the Privacy Policy.

6. Coaching Service Guidelines and Disclaimers

6.1 Nature of Services

Our dating and relationship coaching services are rooted in Christian faith and biblical principles. Our coaches provide guidance, support, and education based on:

  • Biblical teachings and Christian values;

  • Relationship principles and communication skills;

  • Personal development and self-awareness;

  • Faith-based approaches to dating and relationships.

6.2 Not Professional Therapy or Medical Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Our coaching services are NOT:

  • Licensed mental health therapy or clinical counseling;

  • Medical advice or treatment;

  • Legal advice;

  • A substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or legal counsel.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, abuse, suicidal thoughts, or require professional therapeutic intervention, we strongly encourage you to seek help from a licensed mental health professional, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (988), or contact emergency services (911).

6.3 Religious Nature of Services

Our Services are explicitly Christian in nature. We approach relationships, dating, and personal development through the lens of biblical teachings and Christian values. By using our Services, you acknowledge that:

  • Our guidance and coaching are based on religious beliefs and principles;

  • We may reference Scripture, prayer, and Christian teachings in our coaching;

  • Our Services may not be suitable for individuals who do not share Christian beliefs;

  • We respect your right to discontinue Services at any time if they do not align with your beliefs or needs.

6.4 No Guarantees of Results

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Finding a romantic partner or spouse;

  • Achieving relationship success or marriage;

  • Resolving relationship conflicts;

  • Personal transformation or behavioral change.

Results depend on numerous factors, including your commitment, circumstances, and factors beyond our control.

6.5 Client Responsibilities

As a participant in our coaching services, you are responsible for:

  • Actively engaging in the coaching process;

  • Being honest and forthcoming with your coach;

  • Implementing strategies and insights at your own discretion;

  • Seeking additional professional help when needed;

  • Making your own decisions about your relationships and life choices.

6.6 Confidentiality and Mandatory Reporting

We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, confidentiality has limits. We may be required or permitted to disclose information if:

  • You provide written consent;

  • We have reasonable belief that you pose a danger to yourself or others;

  • We become aware of abuse or neglect of a minor, elderly person, or dependent adult;

  • We are legally required to do so by court order or applicable law.

6.7 Communication Between Sessions

Communication with coaches outside of scheduled sessions may be limited. Response times may vary, and coaches are not available for crisis intervention. In case of emergency or crisis, contact emergency services (911) or a crisis hotline.

7. User Content

The Services allow you to submit, post, or upload content, such as text, images, assessment responses, quiz answers, reflections, or messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant FAFE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display your User Content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the necessary rights to grant this license;

  • Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws;

  • Your User Content does not contain false or misleading information that could harm others;

  • Your User Content complies with community standards of respect and authenticity.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available through the Services (excluding User Content), including the design and functionality of our website, web applications, assessment tools, quizzes, coaching materials, and proprietary methodologies, are the property of FINDING LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent;

  • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization;

  • Copy or reverse engineer any of our web applications or proprietary tools;

  • Extract, scrape, or harvest data from our Services using automated means.

9. SMS Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from FAFE, you consent to receive text messages related to the Services, including promotional messages, account updates, service notifications, coaching reminders, and assessment notifications. These messages may be sent using automated technology.

  • Opt-In: You may opt in to SMS messaging during account registration or via other designated methods. Opting in is not a condition of using the Services.

  • Message Frequency and Costs: Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier.

  • Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message or contacting support@findingadamfindingeve.com. After opting out, you may still receive non-promotional messages related to account security or transactional updates, if permitted by law.

  • Support: For help, reply "HELP" to any message or email support@findingadamfindingeve.com.

Your personal information, including your phone number, will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are the account holder or have authorization to use the phone number provided.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including assessment data, quiz responses, and coaching communications.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., payment processors, resource materials, or recommended service providers) that are not owned or controlled by FAFE. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with them are at your own risk.

12. Payment and Refund Policy

12.1 Fees

Certain Services, including coaching programs and premium features of our web applications, may require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and must be paid in accordance with the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

12.2 Billing

You authorize FAFE to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and accurate.

12.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by service and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Generally:

  • Coaching service fees may be non-refundable after services have been rendered;

  • Assessment and quiz app fees are typically non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of digital content;

  • Requests for refunds should be directed to support@findingadamfindingeve.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by FAFE

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have:

  • Violated these Terms;

  • Engaged in inappropriate conduct;

  • Misused our web applications or assessment tools;

  • Failed to pay required fees.

13.2 Termination by You

You may discontinue using the Services at any time by:

  • Contacting your coach (if enrolled in coaching services);

  • Emailing support@findingadamfindingeve.com;

  • Closing your account through account settings (if available).

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your rights to use the Services will cease;

  • Your access to web applications and saved assessment results may be revoked;

  • You remain liable for any outstanding fees or obligations;

  • Provisions such as Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL COACHING SERVICES, WEB APPLICATIONS, ASSESSMENT TOOLS, AND QUIZZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FAFE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;

  • Any coaching, assessments, or quizzes will meet your expectations or produce specific results;

  • Assessment results or quiz outcomes will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances;

  • Web applications will be free from bugs, errors, or technical issues;

  • The Services will lead to any particular relationship outcome or personal transformation.

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON COACHING GUIDANCE, ASSESSMENT RESULTS, OR QUIZ OUTCOMES.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDING LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Services;

  • Any coaching guidance, advice, or recommendations provided;

  • Assessment results, quiz outcomes, or interpretation thereof;

  • Technical issues, errors, or malfunctions of web applications;

  • Decisions you make based on the Services;

  • Interactions with other users or third parties;

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FAFE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FINDING LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, coaches, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your User Content;

  • Your interactions with other users or third parties;

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;

  • Decisions you make based on coaching guidance, assessment results, or quiz outcomes;

  • Any misrepresentation you make regarding your identity, background, or intentions.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date;

  • Sending notification through the Services or via email (if you have provided an email address);

  • Providing notice through our web applications.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18.2 Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services (including but not limited to coaching services, web applications, assessment tools, or their use) will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

18.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Services.

18.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

18.5 Informal Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@findingadamfindingeve.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

19. Miscellaneous

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and FAFE regarding the Services.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

19.5 Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
