Formation Leadership

Two Tracks
Choose your training track
Each track prepares you to lead a specific FAFE program. Choose the one that matches your ministry context.
Training format
Training is structured as an application, certification workshop, and launch-support process. Teams can complete the workshop virtually or in person, then continue with facilitator support as they prepare to run the program locally.
