Two Tracks

Choose your training track

Each track prepares you to lead a specific FAFE program. Choose the one that matches your ministry context.

Training format

Training is structured as an application, certification workshop, and launch-support process. Teams can complete the workshop virtually or in person, then continue with facilitator support as they prepare to run the program locally.

Teen Formation

Before Forever Facilitator

Train to deliver the Before Forever curriculum in Catholic high schools and youth ministry settings. Master the 16-session program, learn facilitation best practices, and get certified to form the next generation.

Young Adult Formation

True Love Facilitator

Train to lead True Love workshops for Catholic young adults. Equip yourself to facilitate honest conversations about dating, healing, and formation for marriage in your parish or young adult community.

The Bone of My Bones series is the theological backbone for this track: a formation framework on identity, difference, healing, and the vocation to self-gift that anchors the True Love workshop sequence.

Who should apply?

Teachers

Catholic school theology teachers, guidance counselors, and campus ministers looking to integrate relational formation into their existing programs.

Young Adult Leaders

Parish young adult ministers, Newman Center directors, and community leaders who work with Catholic singles ages 20–39.

Teen Youth Leaders

Youth ministers, CYO leaders, and diocesan coordinators working with Catholic teens in parish or school settings.

The Process

How training works

Each certification path includes application review, a guided workshop intensive, and post-training launch support. Exact dates and pricing are shared during the inquiry process so we can match the training plan to your parish, school, or diocesan calendar.

Apply

Submit your interest below. We'll review your background and ministry context to ensure a good fit.

Train

Complete the certification workshop — either in-person or virtual. You'll learn the curriculum, practice facilitation, and receive your materials.

Launch

Begin facilitating in your school or parish with ongoing support from the FAFE team. Access the partner portal for resources, updates, and community.
