Dating is broken — it is not your fault. You're not bad at love — you were never taught. True Love is FAFE's formation path for Catholic young adults: workshops that heal wounds, build self-knowledge, and prepare you for the love God designed you for.
The Young Adult Journey
Know yourself. Possess yourself. Give yourself.
You're not bad at love — you were never formed for it. True Love builds the three capacities every person needs before they can love well: self-knowledge, self-possession, and the freedom to give yourself fully in your vocation.
Know
Who are you — really? Identity in Christ, attachment patterns, the feminine and masculine genius. Self-knowledge is the foundation of every vocation.
Possess
Freedom isn't the absence of desire — it's the mastery of it. Owning your story, integrating your wounds, and building the interior strength to choose well.
Give
Love is a total gift of self. When you know who you are and possess yourself freely, you become capable of the love God designed you for — in marriage, religious life, or whatever He calls you to.
